OverviewSpecifications

ToughTech Secure mini-Q with WriteLock boasts improved passive cooling, a Kensington Lock, host connection LEDs, and a small form factor. It includes very strong AES 128bit or 256bit Hardware-Based encryption. It allows you to lock down data with WriteLock, creating a Read Only external hard drive.

ToughTech Secure mini-Q works out of the box with no new drivers needed with any modern operating system including Mac OS X and Windows XP, Vista, 7 as well as any distribution of Linux that supports FireWire, USB, or eSATA. If using FireWire, additional FireWire devices can be daisy-chained through ToughTech Secure mini-Q.
