Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5PM Pacific Time. During those hours we process orders almost as soon as they come in. This means that we perform fraud checks, check product availability and decide where to ship the product from as soon as possible. However, if your order is placed after 3 PM, your local time, we are unable to ship it out the same day. Please note that during busy periods your order may be delayed, depending on shipping priority.
Your order will arrive between 1 to 10 business days after you have placed your order, depending on the method of shipment, availability and payment processing.
Yes, your information is completely safe with us. The information transmitted between your device and our web site is heavily encrypted. In addition to that we have deployed the latest in firewall technologies to safeguard your information.
The information you give us to process your order is ONLY used for that purpose. We will never release your information without your consent.
Yes, during office hours you may call us to place your order. However, to keep our prices low, we may charge a $10 fee for orders less than $100.
If you have an existing order we will contact the manufacturer or supplier and will email you as soon as possible with an estimated arrival time. At that time you can decide to cancel the order or to wait until the product arrives. If you have not placed an order yet you can set an availability alert. You will receive an email once the product is in stock.
No, we need an email address to set up your account and to communicate, in case there is an issue with your order. It's simple to get a free email address, either through
Gmail or
Hotmail
Yes we can but it requires an extra step which involves setting up an account with our partner, Bongo International. Just set up an account and pick the correct country; this will guide you through the process. Please note that it will take a few extra days to verify and process your order.
Yes, in California and Massachusetts we always charge sales tax. We may also charge sales tax for other states, depending on the location of our supplier. Before you finalize your order we will show you exactly if, and how much sales tax we charge.
If you are a California reseller and you have a Sellers Permit, you may fax a copy of your sellers permit to 831-624 5908 or simply email this to info@nextdaypc.com. After this has been verified we will permanently remove the sales tax from your orders.
Yes, we always try to ship your order from the closest of one of over 60 warehouses in the US. As most shippers pick up orders around 5 PM we want to maintain a buffer of 2 hours to process orders. So, 3 PM, your local time, is the cut-off time for orders.
However, in some cases we may be able to process your order after the cut-off time. You can always call us to see if we can get the order processed after the cut-off time.
Yes, in almost all cases you will receive tracking information from us via email. You usually receive this information the day after you have placed your order.
In general we do not match prices of other online merchants. The prices you see are the best prices we can offer. However, if you're looking for multiple quantities of a product we will certainly look into offering you better pricing, either on the product or by reducing the cost of shipping. Just call or email us and give us the part number and quantity you're looking to purchase.
Yes, your order can always be canceled, as long as it has not been shipped or has been scheduled for pick-up. The best way to do this is to email or call us.

No, we do not. Please contact the manufacturer for technical assistance or information.
We accept all major credit cards, money orders, checks, Google Checkout and, for corporate, government and educational customers, we offer Net 30 accounts.
When you place an order using Google Checkout, Google will obtain an authorization from your bank for the amount of your order, this authorization is not a charge rather it is an approval from your bank that funds are available. When an authorization is obtained the funds authorized are held and not available for other use but are not removed from your account until the authorization is turned into a charge. The authorization does not become a charge until your order passes all fraud protection procedures and until your order is shipped. When you or we cancel your order before it ships, the authorization hold will automatically drop (within you bank’s terms) and it will never become a charge.
For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. We will also verify name, address and phone number on you billing to make sure it matches with the issuing bank's records. There may be other circumstances where we may require this information. We always do this to prevent fraud and it will always be a one-time requirement. Please allow extra time for processing of your order.

We have almost a million products in our catalog and pricing and availability is updated twice a day. Unfortunately, with very popular products, this sometimes means that when you call us to check inventory, we have already run out of the product. We are working on improving the speed of inventory updates constantly but a lag will always occur.
Although we can give you basic advice, we are unable to give you detailed information about product compatibility. The best thing to do is contact the manufacturer directly.
For most products we have a 30 day return policy but we do have exceptions. Please

- Has the product packaging been opened?
Please try to give us as much information as possible, including
photos of the product and anything else you think can help resolve the
issue.
Please allow up to 3 business days for our RMA department to review the

Non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The terms refurbished and recertified are used interchangeable to describe products that were returned to their manufacturer, inspected, brought back to original manufacturer’s specification then tested and repackaged for sale. Some manufacturers refurbish products themselves and others use qualified third party partners.
Refurbished products represent a great value and we offer them with confidence knowing that every refurbished product was tested at least twice, once when it was first manufactured and again during the refurbishing process. Refurbished products are warranted by either the original manufacturer or the manufacturer’s third party refurbisher. Warranty terms applicable to refurbished products may vary but in are general valid for 90 days after the day of the order.
No, in principle software cannot be returned, especially not when the product packaging has been opened. However, if the product packaging has not been opened, please call us to see if we can make an exception.
We're sorry but this is not possible, not even when the product packaging has not been opened. Only if memory is defective it can be exchanged, although this is mostly done by the manufacturer. All non-defective products are tested when returned. Because there are so many different kinds of memory it would be very cost-prohibitive to test all returned memory products.
We offer 4 different shipping options:
- $4.95 Flat Fee Ground shipping
Add as many products, each weighing less
than 20 lbs., to your cart and we will only charge you $4.95. For
products over 20 lbs. we charge the rates UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
charge. You can expect your order within 10 business days.
- Fast Track (2-4 business days)
The cost is relative to the weight but your order gets a higher
priority. Delivery takes up to 4 business days.
- Second Business Day
cost is related to weight. Your order will be processed with higher
priority and will arrive within 2 business days.
- Next Day
This is our fastest delivery method. Your order will be
processed with high priority and will arrive the next business day.

No, unfortunately this is not correct. From time to time we list a product that is not categorized properly and has not been classified with a weight yet. If we recognize this after you have placed your order we will contact you and will give you the exact cost of shipping. At that time you still have the option to cancel the order.
Products are warehoused in over 60 different locations throughout the US. We will always try to ship the products from the closest location to save on shipping cost and the environment. However, the products you order may simply not be available close to you. Regardless of the origin, we will always ensure that the products are delivered within the promised timeframe.
